It is by continually adding new acquisitions to its collections that the FRHS ensures that it will remain relevant and interesting to a diverse audience for many years to come.

Gifts to the Acquisition Fund provide the means for the FRHS to expand our holdings in various categories through the purchase of historically significant material that will broaden the scope of our collections. Categories include:

Contributions to this fund enable the FRHS to take advantage of opportunities in the art, antiques, and collectibles market when a Fall River treasure or relevant object is offered for sale, or turns up at auction.
