This Tiny Tuesday is all about Durfee Pride!
 
This football pin, circa 1927, was worn to show school pride during a football game at BMC Durfee High School in the late 1920s.
 
The pin was owned by student Dorothy Veronica Roberts (1909-1976). Dorothy was a member of the Class of 1927, and can be seen pictured in that class’ yearbook. She would later marry Francis B. Leary (1899-1969), also a Fall River resident. Go Durfee Hilltoppers!
